At JERSEY VAULT, we want you to be fully satisfied with your kit. If your jersey doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn item with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jersey in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5 business days.
